2025 PIEP Virtual Conference
April 15-17 and October 29-30

This year, in response to the challenging economic environment and feedback we’ve received—including reports of travel freezes and budgetary restrictions impacting many organizations—we’ve made the thoughtful decision to host the conference virtually.

The 2025 conference will be held online on April 15–17, running from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day. Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce a second virtual event on October 29-30, providing even more opportunities to connect with emergency preparedness professionals from across the region and beyond. Your registration will give you opportunities to connect and engage with peers in emergency preparedness. We’re also working with presenters to record as many sessions as possible, and attendees will have exclusive access to all recordings afterward.

*Registration cancellation requests submitted by March 20th, 2025 will receive a full refund (minus service fees). Cancellations after March 20th, 2025 will not be refunded. Substitutions are accepted by emailing info@piepc.org.
